Purpose
Der Verein bezweckt die Anwendung und Durchsetzung des Landesmantelvertrages für das schweizerische Bauhauptgewerbe (nachfolgend LMV) für die ganze Dauer dieses Gesamtarbeitsvertrags (Art. 15 Abs. 1 LMV) sowie die Erfüllung weiterer ihm in diesem Zusammenhang von den Vertragsparteien des LMV übertragenen Aufgaben. Er führt ein ständiges Sekretariat, welches im Auftragsverhältnis für weitere paritätische Einrichtungen des Bauhauptgewerbes tätig sein kann.
