Locare, acquistare o favorire l'acquisto di strutture atte ad ospitare i bambini. Favorire la formazione in loco di personale specializzato per l'assistenza ai bambini e la loro formazione. La fondazione ha carattere umanitario e non persegue alcun scopo di lucro. Il Consiglio di Fondazione, all'unanimità, può decidere interventi di carattere umanitario a favore di persone bisognose anche in Svizzera.
