Purpose
Die IPH verfolgt insbesondere folgende gemeinnützigen Ziele: a) Förderung aller Bestrebungen, die der Papiergeschichte nützlich sind; b) Förderung der Kontakte und des Gedankenaustausches auf internationaler, nationaler und regionaler Basis; c) Erhaltung papierhistorischer Denkmäler und Dokumente; d) Förderung der wissenschaftlichen Bestandesaufnahme papierhistorischer Denkmäler, Dokumente und Literatur; e) Hebung des Ansehens von Forschung und Lehre und Förderung des akademischen Nachwuchses auf dem Gebiet der Papiergeschichte.
